Great oysters as this oyster always has been. But they could have been fresher, more dry in the shell than they should have been and more were open and dead then there should have been. I Get the distance issue but LA Crawfish company ships live crawfish like clockwork with their eyes closed. I will be a returning customer, but do better. I know shelfish and they were remotely fresh, but damn sure for the money could have been way more fresh.

The Pacific oysters were terrible. But your customer service representative responded to me almost immediately when I contacted efish shortly after the delivery arrived and I tried to eat two of them. She was extremely professional and I will order again from you at this point, and it has everything to do with how she handled the situation.

These were super large. Never seen kumomoto oysters this big. Assuming they just shipped other Pacifica and called them kumomoto. We purposely bought because we wanted smaller. These were very very large.
