Barnstable, MA

Blish Point Oysters have deep cups and clean shells, making them one of the best cocktail oysters harvested out of Barnstable Harbor. The harbor’s swift currents naturally tumble the oysters and bring plenty of food to keep them plump, happy, and full. Creamy, sweet, pillowy meats with a classic Cape Cod brine and seaweed finish.
Martha's Vineyard Oysters are grown wild in various salt ponds on the Vineyard where fisherman drag for the oysters in small skiffs. Extremely plump and full of liquor. Mild and smooth.
Wild Marionport Oysters are one of the last truly wild oysters in our MA. Many oysters that once had that 'wild look,' have since crossed with farmed oysters, losing their green, ribbed shells that their wild parents displayed so proudly. Sharp brine with bouncy meats and an intense mineral finish.
