The anchovies arrived on time, and were fresh. I decided to clean and fry half of them and salt preserve the other half. The fried anchovies were excellent, but might be off-putting to some because they are a bit more fishy flavored than most fish.

Took around 2hours to clean all the fresh fresh anchovies!
Separated the meat and bone which I both deep fried using olive oil.
As I cooked, served the fish to the kids while it was hot.
Then I ended up only being able to eat the fish bones...lol
Kids are already asking for the next round so hopefully I can take the cooked anchovies photo too!

The fish was delivered very fresh , and at record time ! The anchovies super fresh , I ended up store them under the ((sea salt )) for future consumption. The aboloni were still alive even after I stored in the Frigidaire for two days. They are DELICIOUS …. I’ll order some more soon.

Highly recommend, as it is difficult to find fresh anchovies anywhere else online. Arrived in perfect freshness. Although gutting and boning them was a bit time consuming, I was rewarded with delicious dishes: boneless meat for stew with veggies, bones and whole fish for frying, and even one piece as sashimi which tasted surprisingly not bad!

Anchovies were so fresh. I cooked this one with tomatoes, garlic, ginger, onions, and lemon. Drizzled it with extra virgin olive oil after cooking. Came out delicious. I would order it again.
