Live Oregon Crawfish

Very good quality and fresh!

My E-Fish experience has been exceptional. I contacted them about a couple of issues with my order and they resolved them immediately and very cordially. They replaced my order and I am completely satisfied. I will continue to order from this admirable company!

Delivered on Thursday morning around 9 spent most of day in shipping package. Placed in storage bin with holes drilled in bottom and placed in bathtub. Kept ice on them but would let it melt completely and agitate them before adding ice again. Ordered 25lbs and may have lost 25-30 by the time I cooked them on Saturday evening. Weighted them a couple of times and average was about 15-16 per pound so with around 400 and lost of 30 is great. Will be ordering again. Great job E-FISH

Amazing taste. being raised in alpine lakes means no muddy flavor. They taste fresh and clean.

Excellent quality! I received them and didn’t boil them for two days after receiving them. Only 3 dead in the whole batch.

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and crawfish were good size. We received them on Thursday, kept them on ice untill boil on Saturday and only lost 5 out of 5lbs. We are very satisfied with the whole process and will be ordering again.

Very clean crawfish! And all alive except one. The taste was marvelous!

They were so clean. I am used to Louisiana "mud bugs" that need to be cleaned well before cooking. Oregon Crawfish raised in clear alpine lakes are clean and have no fishy or muddy taste.

Arrived quickly and packaged well. Nice size and very clean. We lost only 3 crawfish in transit. Pretty incredible. First time trying Oregon crawfish. The meat was delicious although held less in the tail compared to their southern counterparts. My son’s girlfriend said she thought they tasted “meatier” and as weird as it sounds, it’s the perfect description. The claws were massive in comparison and we got almost as much meat from them as the tail. The little guys are spiky in places so you’ve got to be more careful but they were great. I will be ordering these again and a perfect filler when you get that craving. Service great. Product was great. Taste was super clean and “meatier”. Enjoy.

The crayfish were a nice size and tasted good. About 2.5 lbs out of the 40 I ordered were dead on arrival or crushed, so I was a little disappointed in that. But the ones that arrived live had good flavor. I will reorder in the future.

We ordered 25 pounds of crawfish. They were beautiful and clean and only 6 came dead which is a shockingly good survival rate for traveling cross country. The e-fish customer service was excellent. We'll absolutely be ordering from them again next time we have a boil. Also they were delicious once cooked!

Showed up in less than 24 hours. To Connecticut on very hot day. Very lively, little dead loss, packed well and cold. Very clean and delicious product.

I ordered 10lbs lot of them came dead on arrival this was just the floaters lot more were discarded unfortunately the 10lbs did not look like 10 due to the large size and when they come this big and this many dead does not make for a good time at the boil.

All of them was alive and clean. The boiled up to a great supper! Seriously great crawdads! Every single one was alive and ready for cooking! I’ll be ordering again!

About 1/4 of the crawfish arrived dead. The taste of the live ones was very clean but the amount of dead was surprising. I feel like the packaging was likely a big reason why there were so many dead. The ones on bottom were the dead ones

Pros: Delivery was as promissed. All ( but 4 out of around 80) of crawfish were alive. Taste is very fresh and good. Cons: As I counted, the average weight of one crawfish is about 25-30 gramm. In reviews I read It is stated as "Large". In Europe the regularr size of large crawfish is about 100 g ( 4 times larger). I am not sure, If that is possible to get such size crawfish at all. Would be good, If someone suggest where to get really large one . Thank you.

This experience was EXACTLY what I expected after reviewing the website. The crawfish/crayfish/crawdads were very well packed and arrived in rural Idaho in great shape. This was our first crawdad boil. We played Cajun music while digging into the boil. Our friend's 21 year old daughter said "this is so fun" many times.

Almost all alive tasted great

I got this beautiful Oregon (i.e. very important, cold water) crawfish online yesterday, from e-fish.com, live, very live as my right hand still remembers it!!! I cooked them different ways, including this crawfish sabayon, where crawfish tails and claws were briefly sautéed in olive oil with herbs, flambéed with Cognac, topped by a Champagne sabayon and gratinéed... J'en pince pour les écrevisses! " J'en pince pour..." is a French wording translating literally by I pinch for something and meaning I am fond of something, here I am fond of crawfish... Oh yes!!!

The crawfish arrived well packed and alive. We have eaten crawfish from Louisiana over the years, but the crawfish that we received from E-Fish did have better flavor and they were huge. We enjoyed them and will order them again for sure. The one negative (I still gave 5 stars) that I have is they only deliver on Thursday. Our crawfish boil was on Sunday. It would be nice if deliveries could be on Friday's and Saturday's for fresher seafood.

Definitely better than Louisiana crawfish. very clean and tasty . I live in Florida, I was worried that they would be delivered dead. The guys packed so well in the cold, all the crayfish were alive! I recommend to everyone!

Very fresh and sweet crawfish. The best I ever had!!!

Wow. Arrived feisty and looking to fight. Immaculately fresh. Large crawfish. Did a boil using Louisiana spice rub and enjoyed many of them the first night. Next two nights I used leftover heads for a stock and tails to make a crawfish sauce for roast halibut and finally used the stock and last of the meat to make a crawfish arroz caldoso. Very very very good.

These crawfish were superb! They arrived alive and active. They were delicious, meaty and succulent. They were large and full and at least half the claws were big enough to easily pull meat from. I highly recommend this product.
